Introduction
Ambition of this part of the project
is to build and operate a Patient- and Conference Hotel at a ****+ level comprising wellness & spa complex, approx. 145 rooms, congress and business facilities.
Infrastructure
The hotel forms an architectural
ensemble with the therapy center in a park scenery. It is connected with the therapy center
by an underground walkway. The rooms are modern, bright and furnished in friendly colours.
It contains two restaurants in different styles and a bar with lounge area.
The restaurant at the ground floor will be primarily for the patients and separately for the
clinic personnel. The second restaurant is located at the top floor and offers a magnificent
view to the lake and the mountains. The interior and comfort meets the demands of international
guests.
Rooms
The hotel contains in total approx. 145 rooms,
thereof approx. 125 double rooms (standard and deluxe), 15 executive and 5 senior suites. All rooms
provide TV, WLAN and are air-conditioned.
Catering
The food must be balanced for patient's
need and will be prepared according newest nutrition criteria. In the gourmet restaurant our
guest will be spoiled with international culinary delicacies.
