Infrastructure

Ambition of this part of the project is to build and operate a clinic and congress hotel at a ****+ level comprising wellness & spa complex, 145 rooms and congress facilities.

 

The hotel, integrated in the campus of PTC Zürichobersee, is located in the municipality of Galgenen, Kanton Schwyz at the country side close to the upper lake of Zürich. Traffic and transportation connections are comfortable, the main locality of the region, Lachen SZ, can be reached in 5 minutes, the city of Zürich in 30 minutes and the international airport Zürich / Kloten in just 45 minutes.

The hotel building is right across the street to provide comfortable accommodation very close the therapy center for patients and their companions. It also will provide accommodations for attendees of regularly held conventions and symposia.

 

The hotel forms on architectural ensemble with the therapy center in a park scenery. It is connected with the therapy center by an underground walkway. The rooms are modern, bright and furnished in friendly colors. It contains two restaurants in different styles and a bar / lounge area. At the ground floor the restaurant primarily for the patients and separately for the clinic personnel is located. The second restaurant is located at the top floor and offers a magnificent view to the lake and the mountains. The interior and comfort meets the demands of international guests.

 

The hotel contains in total 145 rooms, thereof 115 double rooms (standard and deluxe), 25 executive and 5 senior suites. All rooms provide TV, internet and are air-conditioned. All rooms have balconies, suites have  a terrace.

 

The food must be balanced for patient’s needs and will be prepared according to newest nutrition criteria. In the gourmet restaurant our guests will be spoiled with international culinary delicacies.
