The investment volume for the therapy center amounts about CHF 240 million and includes the costs of the land, the building, all the medical and technical equipment for the center plus the financing costs. The entire cost will be financed with private and institutional money.
A hospital and conference hotel and a training center are to be built on the same site. The hotel will have 145 rooms. The training center will include a restaurant and bar, 8 training rooms, rooms for administration, side rooms and 93 rooms for trainees. Catering for the training courses will be offered by the hospital and conference hotel catering service.
